Rite Aid has released a new coupon policy. The biggest difference that I have noticed is that you can no longer use a BOGO FREE coupon w/ a BOGO FREE sale. However you are still allowed to use BOGO free coupons, along with 1 "cents"off coupon toward the puchase of those items.
